29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:      (a) On or about October 30, 2014, and at times prior, Scheiner Commercial Group, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Sierra Glass, Inc. and Kinnard's Painting, Inc., both subcontractors, were protected from fall hazards while painting and installing windows on a commercial building at heights exceeding 16 feet. Scheiner Commercial Group, Inc., did not ensure that employees of Sierra Glass, Inc. and Kinnard's Painting, Inc , wore restraining devices such as body belts or harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket of two Genie S-60X aerial lifts.          Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
