29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite, 1115 Sullenberger Road, Latrobe, PA 15650: On or before November 10, 2014, employees were not trained on the hazards of falling and the necessary precautions to be taken while working on a steep sloped roof to replace shingles.
