29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panel boards were not dead front: a) On November 4, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the controlling employer Visser Building Co., did not ensure its sub-contractor protected its employees while performing drywall activities, from energized 120V/240V electrical panels. The energized panel(s) had a cardboard cover with holes cut out, and not an approved cover. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
