29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. a) Wilkes Barre, PA: Workers on the roof of a metal structure approximately 18 feet above the ground were not protected from falling, on or about November 12, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Superior 3 Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312294366, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Mill & Hancock Street, St. Clair, PA. Superior 3 Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314158445, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Dorchester Drive, Dallas, PA.
