29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Lower "re-man" deck: On November 6, 2014, employees sorting wood for re-manufacturing are exposed to an in-running nip point approximately 10 inches off the floor when transferring or adjusting wood near a chain and sprocket used to power the remanufacturing conveyer. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
