29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) On November 4, 2014, employees performed roofing activities on 6 in 12 pitched roof without utilizing their personal fall arrest systems correctly. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of ~18'-23' to hard packed dirt. Note: Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item. Z Enterprises LLC dba Mountain View Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 598438, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 6, 2012 with respect with the workplace located at 10647 Sandpiper St. Boise, ID 83709.
