29 CFR 1926.304(d): 29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw: a) At 1287 Colleton Drive Lot 10, Semmes AL: On or about November 12, 2014 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to amputation hazards in that he allowed them to operate a DeWALT circular saw with the guard wedged in the up position exposing the blade.
