29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) For employees working at 23277 Salinas Way in Bonita Springs, as observed on or about November 12, 2014. Employees were installing framing members for the roof of the new construction residential home without the use of any fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 21 feet 2 inches.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  a) For employees working at 23277 Salinas Way in Bonita Springs, as observed on or about November 12, 2014. Employees were working on second floor of the new residential home with window openings that were unguarded. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet. The window opening inside edge measured 26 inches.
