29 CFR 1926.405(d): Electrical Panel Boards were not dead fronted. a) On November 4, 2014, and at times prior thereto while installing electrical panel boards in Units 102, 105, 106, and 108 at the Linder Springs Apartment Complex, Meridian, ID, B & B Electric of Idaho, Inc. as the creating employer, exposed employees of a sub-contractor to energized 120V/240V electrical panels. The panels had a cardboard cover with holes cutout, and not an approved cover. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
