Ropes shall be replaced if any of the following conditions exist:   a) On or about November 14, 2014- job site at 754 Onderdonk Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385  Employer permitted their employee to perform masonry work on a two point suspended scaffold with single tiebacks   installed at an angle.  These ropes were abraded at several locations due to contact with the corners of structures   located on the roof.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
