Condition observed on or about November 13, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 45 Green Valley Road, Staten Island, NY 10312: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 12' 10" at the front and 22' at the rear from the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about November 13, 2014.
