29 CFR 1926.601(b)(14): All defects were not corrected before motor vehicle(s) were placed in service:    (a) Jobsite, 600 Jefferson Avenue, Jeannette, PA:  On or before 11/07/14 all defects on the CAT 330 excavator were not corrected before the vehicle was placed in service.  The following defects were in place while employees operated the vehicle between 11/03/14 and 11/07/14:  Foot grips used to climb onto equipment were bent and unusable creating slipping and fall hazards for employees when getting onto equipment; the handrail for the fueling area was not in place; the glass in the windshield was cracked and not replaced.
