29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Continental Constructors, LLC at 258-290 E. Mississippi Ave. Denver, CO 80210: On and before 10/24/14, the controlling employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working on a 2 story residential new build. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
