29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  (a) 447 Sumner Ave., Springfield, MA: On or about November 4, 2014, an employee was observed working while standing on the top (hinge) of an A frame (step) ladder.  Eastfield Glass Co., Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.1053 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number315516138, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, ,2012 , with respect to a workplace located at 225 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, MA.
