Such examination shall be made at least daily: (a) On or about November 17, 2014, and at times prior, for approximately five employees operating forklifts who did not perform examinations of the forklifts on a daily basis in the warehouse of Mr. Heater, Inc located at 22801 Aurora Road, Bay 3, in Bedford Heights, Ohio.
