29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about 11/12/14, at the Dunkin Donuts, under construction, located on 11390 Maple Ridge Road, in Medina, New York, the employer did not prevent ladders to be used for purposes other than designed where employees were not facing the ladder during use, not staying at or near the middle of the ladder and not keeping both feet on the rungs of the ladder and keeping the ladder from being displaced. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
