29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about 10/28/2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using Polyglass Q were exposed to a health hazard while engaged in residential roofing work when the employer did not have a written hazard communication program developed or implemented.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. On or about October 28, 2014 at the above referenced job site, the employer did not have the safety data sheet for chemicals such as, but not limited to Touch Seal and Storm Bond used onsite for their exterior installations.
