Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death and/or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by motor vehicle hazards.    (a) On or about November 17, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the logging truck was secured from inadvertent movement while being loaded. (a) A work-related fatality occurred on November 13, 2014, at the Mud Springs Timber Sale in the Targhee National Forest.  OSHA was notified by phone almost 24 hours later.
