29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(D): The employer did not ensure that all medical evaluations and procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, including prophylaxis were provided according to recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service current at the time these evaluations and procedures took place, except as specified by this paragraph (f): At the time of the inspection, antibody testing was not offered and provided to nursing staff after completion of the hepatitis B vaccination series. The test for antibody to the HBV surface antigen is recommended by the U.S. Public Health Service to determine if the employee has developed immunity.
