29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:         a) 120 Hay Road, Wilmington, DE - Maintenance shop: Employer did not ensure the emergency eyewash station was working adequately for immediate emergency use.  The eyewash station did not provide adequate flushing of the eyes due to the spray head covers not functioning (open) properly.  Employees work with materials such as but not limited to: batteries containing lead acid, caustic soda liquid, ferrous chloride solution, and various cleaners, degreasers.  This exposed the employees to eye/body injuries for emergency use.  The violation was observed and documented on November 18, 2014.
