29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a). At 3734 Kilmarnock Drive during the removal and replacement of roof shingles on the 5:12 pitched roof of a two story single family residence, employees were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard in that no conventional or alternative fall protection system was used, on or about November 19, 2014.
