OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:  crushed-by and struck-by hazards caused by being within the danger zone of a raised tilt deck of a hydraulic tilt shed trailer while unloading unsecured wooden structures such as but not limited to sheds, garages, playhouses, gazebos and animal structures.     a) Retail Lot, 12 Fitzpatrick Road, Jefferson Township, PA - On or about November 17, 2014, an employee was unloading an unsecured wooden structure (playhouse) while standing at the back of a hydraulic tilt shed trailer when the unsecured wooden structure fell, crushing the employee.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.
