29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  a)    Draft room had motors and tanks stored under the bench in disarray. Tanks stored in front of bench were not all stored inside of the chain and the chain had slack in it which allowed it to lay on the floor not protecting the tanks from being knocked over.  b)    Trailer equipment was standing on end beside multiple docks and not secured to prevent it from falling over.
