29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service: On or about November 19, 2014, in the facility, an employee required to perform warehouse operations operated a propane-powered forklift truck (Toyota #37) that emitted approximately 2.8% carbon monoxide in exhaust gas. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with exhaust emissions.
