On or about November 18, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard from a cover on the dip tank that was propped open, preventing it from closing in the event of a fire, while they worked in the area using flammable and combustible materials such as, but not limited to, Crystal Clean 142 Mineral spirits.
