29 CFR 1910.26(c)(2)(vii): Ladders having defects were not marked and taken out of service until repaired by either the maintenance department or the manufacturer: a) Warehouse- The employer did not ensure that damaged metal ladders were marked and removed from service until repaired. One metal A-frame ladder had one missing spreader assembly and damage to the other spreader assembly, as well as tape wrapped around the rear foot. A second ladder, that was stored with the other ladders, had damage to the spreader assembly.
