29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2):  Liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not stored in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.    East side of the shop, middle of the bay doors, two LPG tanks were not secured nor stored and where exposed to passing industrial trucks.  This condition exposed employees to burns and/or stuck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (i).       In the shop area and yard, employees were operating a Mitsubishi forklift to move tires and metal parts and had not been trained.

29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(vi)(a): Each jack used constantly or intermittently at a single locality  was not thoroughly inspected at least once every six months:  Employees were using jacks to lift semi-trucks that were never thoroughly inspected.  This condition exposed employees to crushed-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located had live parts normally exposed to employee contact.    In the shop, North wall,  employees were exposed to an energized florescent light fixture with bare electrical parts, missing cover, and no florescent bulbs.
