29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: On or about November 20, 2014 the employer did not record the following workplace injury correctly on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2014: a) On or about June 26, 2014, a hot trimmer, while setting up the hydraulic shear FC88AFF, sustained an injury to the right eye and face, Case Log No. 2. The number of days recorded in the Days Away from Work, Column (K), reflected the work days the employee missed instead of the actual day count missed. The total in column (K) was incorrect. b) On or about June 26, 2014, a hot trimmer, while setting up the hydraulic shear FC88AFF, sustained an injury to the right eye and face, Case Log No. 2. The number of days recorded in the On Job Transfer or Restriction, Column (L), reflected the work days the employee missed instead of the actual day count missed. The total in Column (H) was incorrect.
