The number of days recorded in the Days Away from Work, Column (K), reflected the work days the employee missed instead of the actual day count missed. The total in column (K) was incorrect.   b) On or about June 26, 2014, a hot trimmer, while setting up the hydraulic shear FC88AFF, sustained an injury to the right eye and face, Case Log No. 2. The number of days recorded in the On Job Transfer or Restriction, Column (L), reflected the work days the employee missed instead of the actual day count missed. The total in Column (H) was incorrect.
