According to the employer's PPE assessment, the employees are provided PPE such as gloves and safety glasses/goggles, however the employer does not require their use.    b). On or about 8/4/14, on site, for employees that dispense Gibraltar Windshield Wash Fluid in the winter. According to the MSDS, the Gibraltar contains Methyl Alcohol-Methanol which is a skin and eye irritant. Latex gloves and safety glasses are provided; not required. According to the employer's PPE assessment, for vehicle service, PPE is not required.
