29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a. Building 100 North - During painting operations, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, employees were not attached to the JLG (S/N 0300154755) aerial lift basket and were exposed up to a 20 foot fall hazard.  Violation observed on or about 11/19/14.
