Tomko Incorporated Contractors, Agricultural Sciences Building: On or about 11/17/14, the employer did not follow section 3.5.3.2c of ANSI Z49.1-1967, in that flash-back protection was not provided for employees using the gas burning torches. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
