29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage, branch circuit conductors were laid on the ground: a.) The Farfield Company, Agricultural Sciences Building: On or about 11/17/14, the romex cable used to supply power to the temporary receptacle boxes were not protected from physical damage. The Farfield Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315886903, Citation 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/12, with respect to a workplace located at Henderson Biobehavioral Health Building, State College, PA 16802. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED
