29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 1210 W. Ashland Drive, Nevada, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the edge of the building while directing a crane operator who was hoisting the old unit off the building and the new unit on to the top of the roof.
