29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 11/20/14, at 8401 NW 33rd Street Lot 09/Block 06, employees installing metal boards on the roof of a residential townhome in construction and not using any means of fall protection were exposed to a 35 foot fall hazard. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
