At the jobsite - The employer did not furnish the abatement required for citations issued within 10 calendar days, nor did they respond to the progress report letter sent 02/09/2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Job Site - In the following instances employees were not protected from falling:  a)    While working on the deck in the front of the house. b)    While working on the second floor near the stairway floor openings.  c)    While working on the second floor near the window wall openings.
