Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne, PA - On or about November 14, 2014, an employee disposing of broken floor tiles was required to wear a half-face elastomeric respirator for protection from dusts. The employer did not have a written respirator program to ensure respirators were used properly. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
