29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) In Confined Spaces area - The employer failed to ensure employees operating forklift trucks maintained a clear view of the path of travel. An employee was operating a Hyster 155 forklift truck for loading and unloading four stacks of wood and was not able to look in the direction of travel. The employees were exposed to struck-by and collision hazards.
