29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw:   a)  At lot 88 Cotswald Subdivision 2598 Nelson Street Auburn, AL (FRONT):  On or about November 18, 2014 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to amputation hazards in that he allowed them to operate a Hitachi circular saw with the guard wedged in the up position exposing the blade.   b)  At lot 88 Cotswald Subdivision 2598 Nelson Street Auburn, AL (BACK):  On or about November 18, 2014 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to amputation hazards in that he allowed them to operate a Hitachi circular saw with the guard wedged in the up position exposing the blade.
