Core Link Area - On or about and times prior to November 19, 2014, employees used a fiberglass step ladder that had structural defective components, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 5.8 feet onto steel or wood flooring. b). Core Link Area - On or about and times prior to November 19, 2014, employees used a fiberglass step ladder in the closed position as well as the top step and cap to gain elevation to the working surface, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 5.8 feet onto steel or wood flooring.
