29 CFR 1926.850(c): All electric, gas, water, steam, sewer, and other service lines were not shut off, capped, or otherwise controlled, outside the building line before demolition work was started. In each case, any utility company which was involved was not notified in advance. a) 301 Radcliffe Street Bristol - On or about November 6, 2014, employees were conducting demolition operations where a live underground gas line was not rendered safe for the operation prior to the start of work.
