Proper unloading of fiberglass insulation from a site-made wooden trash box elevated approximately 29 feet above a concrete surface using a Genie forklift variable reach; b. Fall hazards when entering a site-made wooden trash box elevated approximately 29 feet above a concrete surface using a Genie forklift variable reach.
