29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Front of House Lot 51 on Muir Drive, Stone Creek Subdivision, Auburn AL: On or about November 18, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities were not using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 22.1 feet to the ground below. b) At Rear of House Lot 51 on Muir Drive, Stone Creek Subdivision, Auburn AL: On or about November 18, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities were not using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 20.5 feet to the ground below.
