29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system;    Two employees working for Campeon Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. were observed roofing a commercial structure while not using adequate fall protection systems. Potential fall height was measured to be approximately 16'-4" with a roof pitch to be approximately 2/12.
