29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Lot 44, Parkland Fields Development, Worksite - on or about November 24, 2014, employees are conducting residential carpentry work, between approximately 7 feet and 9 feet, 11 inches above a lower level, without utilizing any means of fall protection. VALLEY FRAMERS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 986742, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 15, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 18, PARKLAND FIELDS DEVELOPMENT, ALLENTOWN, PA 18104.
