29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items of this section:    a) CL01, CL02, CL03, Product Coating Lines, LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems Corporation, 21 Henderson Drive, West Caldwell, NJ 07006.    The written lockout program did not identify the specific equipment covered such as, but not limited to the CL01, CL02, and CL03 product coating lines, the equipment energies to be controlled such as electrical, hydraulic, thermal, and mechanical, and the procedures used to control such energies such as disconnecting, blocking, and bleeding lines.      Conditions noted on or about 12/4/2014.

Employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the written energy control procedure at least annually, exposing employees to energized plant machinery during servicing and cleaning procedures.
