The employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall to the ground below.      Ludwig Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 449613, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 25, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 3700 Speedway Drive in Findlay, Ohio.
