29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.   On or about November 19, 2014; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to work in conditions that had a collection of saw dust on the floors, walls and electrical equipment, crating a potential fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12): For all circular saws where conditions are such that there is a possibility of contact with the portion of the saw either beneath or behind the table, that portion of the saw shall be covered with an exhaust hood, or, if no exhaust system is required, with a guard that shall be so arranged as to prevent accidental contact with the saw.   On or about November 19, 2014, the employer allowed the employees to operate equipment and failed to ensure that a table saw (Model #MBS 300) blade at the point of operation was guarded.
