Shoreline Dental Care, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980418, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 369 Main Street, West Haven, CT 06516.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:    ESTABLISHMENT:  The employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication program where employees were required to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) the Micro-cide 28 HLD, and Defend (ultrasonic tablets).
