(OzzyJuice SW-1 Activating Degreasing Solution) b) On or about 12/1/2014 during the inspection of the die maintenance area an ultrasonic parts cleaner was observed that did not have the chemical identity posted on it. (Mirachem M2750 Cleaner/Degreaser) c) On or about 12/1/2014 during the inspection of the tool shop a parts cleaner was observed that did not have the chemical identity posted on it. (Buckeye Immersion Cleaner)
