29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) while working from an aerial lift: a) 1062 Inman Ave., Edison, NJ- Employees performing cement operations working from the basket attached to the forks of a Powered Industrial Truck raised to the balcony level of the 3rd floor were not wearing body belts with lanyards attached to the basket. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet. Condition observed on or about 12/01/2014.

Condition observed on or about 12/01/2015.
